We strive to have all items in stock either in our store or in our warehouse all the time but occasionally we do not anticipate demand and our inventory is depleted. We will make every attempt to contact you ASAP concerning any delays in shipping. We do not drop ship from manufacturers or distributors except in the circumstances of large orders where there is a time and freight savings for our customers. All the products listed on our web site are inventoried in our store or in our warehouse located across the street from our store.

Returns

Our goal is for our customers to 100% satisfied.
You are welcome to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange.

All return or exchange items must be unused and in the original, unopened, packaging with all tags attached and manuals included.

Apparel and Footwear may be tried for size and fit but must not be soiled and all tags must be attached.

Please call 800-250-5191 for a Return Authorization number (RA#), items returned without a RA# will be refused.

All returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All Returns must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging to:

Footwear Returns

Exchanges or Refunds for size and fit.

They must be returned in the original shoe box with the original packing, packed inside the shipping box

All tags must still be attached to the shoes or boots.

They must not show signs of wear or be soiled.

Once worn outside or inside for more than trying size and fit we cannot accept them return or exchange.

Warranty Returns

Beyond 30 days after purchase please call us at 800-250-5191 or email us at techsupport@mosquitocreekoutdoors.com. Most products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair and service and returning them to us will only delay the process.
